Weet je nog wanneer je de laatste keer het bos echt hebt ervaren? Zonder afleiding, zonder lawaai. Alleen jij, je zintuigen en de natuur om je heen.

Tijdens deze workshop maak je opnieuw verbinding met de natuur via een rustige en bewuste ontdekkingstocht. We starten met een begeleide wandeling door het prachtige domein van Kasteel Bouckenborgh. Onderweg staan we stil bij wat we zien, horen en voelen. Met een zachte bodyscan laat je de drukte van de dag los en kom je helemaal in het moment.

Met je eigen bosdagboek krijg je daarna de tijd om rond te wandelen, na te denken en je ervaringen vast te leggen. Dat kan met woorden, gedachten of kleine schetsen.

We sluiten af met een gezamenlijke tekensessie onder begeleiding van Katie. Zo kan je je band met het bos op een creatieve manier uitdrukken, ervaringen delen en je verbeelding de vrije loop laten.

Do you remember the last time you truly felt the forest? Without distractions, without noise: just you, your senses, and the natural world around you?

Join us for workshop where we reconnect with nature through mindful exploration. We’ll begin with a guided walk through the beautiful Castle Bouckenborg estate, sharpening our awareness of the sights, sounds, and textures around us. A gentle body scan will help you leave behind the noise of daily life and open up to the present moment.

With your personal forest journal in hand, you’ll have time to wander, reflect, and capture your experiences, through words, thoughts, or sketches.

To close, we’ll gather for a collective drawing session led by Katie. Here, you can express your connection to the forest, share insights, and let your creativity flow.
